Stake.com collects personal information, which is provided by the players on a voluntary basis. This information includes:

- Identity Card;

Personal information is collected in the process of communication of the player with technical support operators, entering data during registration and filling in the profile in the personal cabinet.
What is the information collected for?
The information is collected and processed for one or all of the following purposes:
- Confirmation of identity and age as part of the KYC procedure;
- To promote the gaming products and services of Stake.com;

Any registered user may request access to the personal data collected on Stake’s website. You can do so by contacting support at [email protected] or following the link in the settings section. The company reserves the right to reject your request if it considers it to be outside the scope of the user agreement.
To mitigate risks, Stake staff may initiate confirmation of certain data to ensure that access to the player’s personal information is not requested by an outside party. If you are still refused the requested information, we will inform you in writing, stating the reason why the request was not granted.
